new tournament

nemesis is making a new tournament in basic and battle dobles, battle is full , but in basic 4 request are wanted( 12/16 at the moment), its not needed people be a nemesis member though most of them will be.

rules of basic tournament:
- any type of clothes are allowed.
-No def. No raket dual Off & def, Only can use raket exclusive ofensive(edited taco)
-winner of each round will be those who win 2 games of three played
-in case of lag problems, advice to the admins of the tournament ( taco) or to the submasters .
